Resort Policies
1. All campers/guests must register at the office.
2. Check out time is 2pm. NO REFUNDS. Early arrivals & late departures will be charged extra unless management approval has been obtained.
3. Speed limit is 5 M.P.H. Please watch for children.
4. Please use the dumpster located at the front of the campground. No trash is to be left outside of camper anytime. Dumpsters are only for bagged trash. No electronics,
building materials, or furniture can be left in dumpsters. These items must be taken
to the county landfill.
5. Pets, where permitted, are to be kept on a short leash and not left unattended.
Please pick up after your pet & use proper disposal. Follow county pet laws. Your pet
or your caring for your pet should not interfere with or bother anyone in the
campground. (Pets are permitted where residents rent the lot but provide their own
RV; pets are not permitted in any unit that is the property of the owner.)
6. No person may operate ANY motorized vehicle within the campground without a valid state driver’s license. All vehicles MUST have current tags.
7. All minors must be at the site they are staying at by 9 pm.
8. Quiet time is from 10 P.M. to 8 A.M. Loud or offensive noises will NOT be tolerated at any time. (Many people retire early & their privacy should be considered)
9. Full hook-up is available year round.
10. All long term campers’ incoming water lines must have copper line, heating tape and insulation so as not to freeze. All water in campground will be turned off except those having properly protected water lines. If there is a problem with you doing the
installation, please let us know and we can have it done for you at the regular labor
rate ($90/hr) plus materials. Please notify us to make an appointment. If this is not
done by November 1, the water will be turned off.
11. Any camper staying in the campground at a monthly rate, must have a solid PVC
sewer connector glued, NOT taped, and a rubber seal at the ground connection.
These are the rules of the Health Department.
12. Management regrets it cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal
property. Please secure your belongings.
13. No erecting of fences, buildings, poles, clothes lines, walks, flag poles, etc, without
prior approval of management.
14. Fires should be in fire rings. Only wood can be burned. Trash must be taken to the
dumpster.
15. Management reserves the right to evict persons for non-compliance with the above
rules or courtesies.
16. NO REFUNDS. Camping is an outdoor experience-No refunds are given due to the
discomforts of nature. No refunds are given if you choose to leave early.
17. All vehicles are to be parked on rented site only.
18. Do not change sites without office approval.
